Each notarization is handled accurately with discretion—meeting you at your home, workplace, or any convenient public location. Same-day weekday appointments available based on location and schedule. Weekend and holiday appointments require 2 days' notice.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Verifies that the signer personally appeared before the notary, confirmed their identity, and acknowledged that the signature on the document is theirs and that they signed the document willingly.
JURAT
OATH OR AFFIRMATION
Requires the signer to swear or affirm before the notary that the information in the document is true and accurate. The document must be signed in the notary’s presence.

FAQ
What should I bring to my appointment? Please bring: • Your document completed, but unsigned • A government-issued photo ID • Any witnesses required by the document • All individuals whose signatures need to be notarized (must be present with valid photo ID)
Do I need witnesses for my document? Some documents require witnesses. Please review your document or confirm requirements with the document preparer or receiving agency before your appointment. If witness signature lines are included, all required witnesses must be present with a valid photo ID. Witnesses must be at least 18 years old, impartial, not named in the document, and have no beneficial interest in the transaction.
What if I don't have an ID? Please let us know before your appointment if you do not have a government-issued photo ID. In some cases, your identity may be verified by the oath or affirmation of a credible witness, who must be present at the appointment and provide a valid qualifying ID.
When is payment due? Once your appointment request is received, a payment link will be sent for the $50 travel retainer fee. Notary service fees and any applicable convenience fees are due at the time of the appointment.
What is your cancellation / no-show policy? The travel retainer fee is fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. A 15-minute grace period is provided. If the appointment has not begun within that time, it will be considered a no-show, and the notary will depart the location. The travel retainer fee will be forfeited. Incomplete appointments—such as those involving missing or invalid photo ID, absent required witnesses, or unavailable required signers—will also result in forfeiture of the travel retainer fee. A new travel retainer fee is required to reschedule any cancelled, missed, or incomplete appointment.
